This was a big one. And mainly why I’ve been so absent from posting. Months of work with an amazing client to design and build something truly unique. All the bells and whistles. Solid walnut. Under bed storage. Headboard storage. And not to mention a pull out and pop up crib. A step outside of my comfort zone made delivery day that much more special. As always @lapcatmedia took some amazing photos to share with everyone!

Simple, clean lines. Black hardware accents. Soft close drawers?! Scandi. Japandi. Insert buzz word here. But also pretty hard to argue with. Just a little preview of a big project reveal in the works!

Been experimenting with some designs lately and I’m grateful to work with clients who are here for it! I was questioning the design throughout the whole build but it really managed to pull itself together. 😅 This piece will house a projector for their movie viewing pleasure.

Cherry dining bench with storage. A labor of love with each piece of half round custom milled in house!

Recently wrapped up this side table and matching media console. Some may find it contentious to stain solid wood like this. However, the red oak's beautiful grain texture stole the show with the application of @generalfinishes black wood stain.

While a built-in can maximize storage space, I’ll often propose a stand alone concept as an alternative. This allows a little more creativity in the design process and the added bonus of a piece you can take with you wherever you may go. Very pleased with the way this came out! 📷: @lapcatmedia

After spending over a decade as a machinist, projects like this still strike a special chord. Excited with how these new furniture tags came out! The CNC router is a great addition to the work flow.
